Revolution Church Stewards have the option of hiring one of our Pastors, if they are available, to officiate their wedding ceremony. For a pastor to officiate a wedding, the couple must complete premarital counseling.

You may request one of our Pastors or Ministers, but it is based on their availability. We cannot guarantee your choice. The Pastors/Ministers that you can choose from are Chad Elliott, David Stein, Matt Hayes, Jesse Spradley, Dave Arbogast, Jason Gerdes, Thad Wood, Brian Damerow, Hernan Deviez, and Tim Brummel.

Requirements

1. In order to have a Revolution Church Pastor officiate your wedding and lead through our premarital course, both parties must be Stewards (Covenant members) of Revolution Church. If you are not a Steward of Revolution Church and would like to join the church AND make this your church home, please contact us at info@revolution.church. Both you and your future spouse will need to go through our Stewardship Class.

Please note: becoming a Steward of Revolution is a big deal and not something we or you should take lightly. Our desire for you to become a Steward is not just to get premarital care or have someone officiate your wedding, but for you to be a vital part of this church body.

2. At this time Revolution Church does not provide the use of the facility for wedding ceremonies.

3. The fee for pastoral services is $200. There is also a $35 couples’
assessment (paid online). The $200 includes a minimum of three but not more than five
pre-marital pastoral sessions and the wedding ceremony. The Pastors generally do not attend the rehearsal.

4. Any other expenses incurred by the officiating Pastor (travel expenses, additional time
commitments, etc.) will be the responsibility of the wedding party. *See the
attached Expenses Sheet. If Pre-Marital Pastoral Care ONLY is desired, Pastors
will make the appropriate decision regarding fees and availability.

5. Payment is due at the time of the first pre-marital pastoral session unless
other arrangements have been made with the officiating Pastor. A check for
$200 (plus any additional expenses) should be made payable to the individual
Pastor, not to Revolution Church.

This form must be submitted 90 days prior to your Wedding Date to allow
adequate time for your assessment.

Additional Expenses *

Our Pastors want to be of service to you on your special day, but please realize the additional time requirements and expenses that may accompany your rehearsal and/or wedding ceremony. Your $200 fee to the Officiating Pastor covers the Pre-Marital Pastoral Care and Wedding Ceremony, but does not include/cover any additional expenses.

Arrangements are to be made by the wedding party for any additional expenses and time commitments incurred by the Officiating Pastor.
